Pathway to Potential (Pathway)

EVERY CHILD DESERVES QUALITY EDUCATION

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO!

OUR MISSION

Provide unfettered and uninterrupted access to quality formal primary school education to underserved children from remote rural communities and city slums who have dropped out of school or are at risk of dropping out, to reach their full potential

OUR VISION

Our vision is a society where every child, regardless of geographical location or background, has access to excellent formal primary school education to reach their full potential and contribute to building prosperous self-sustaining communities where dropping out of and/or struggling to stay in school, is an exception, not a norm.

OUR CORE VALUES

Our core values are summed up in five (5) words:

  1. COMPASSION

  2. STRONG FAMILY

  3. INNOVATION

  4. SUSTAINABILITY

  5. THE ENVIRONMENT

OUR CULTURE & PHILOSOPHY

The crux of our philosophy is to add value to others. We listen to hear; we look to see for ourselves and touch hearts and souls to feel the inside. Pathway offers its employees and volunteers ample visibility to utilize their skills. We value and maintain an inclusive workplace culture and fan or rekindle the positive can-do spirit of those who deliver services and our beneficiaries to reach their full potential to impact others positively.

Pathway-to-potentialists do not seek greatness; we strive to stay an integral part of something greater than us---HUMANITY!

Our story

Witness the inspiring journey of a group of students as they come together to use their individual talents and skills to benefit their community.
